We believe that corporate social responsibility is not just an initiative—it’s a responsibility. CSR activities allow us to give back to the communities that support us, foster environmental sustainability, and promote inclusive growth. These efforts reflect our core values and our commitment to building a better, more compassionate world—one initiative at a time.

At PGS, we believe that true growth goes beyond business success. Our CSR philosophy is rooted in giving back to the communities we serve, nurturing sustainable ecosystems, and driving inclusive innovation.
Through thoughtful initiatives, we aim to uplift lives, protect the planet, and promote education, health, and well-being. Every step we take is guided by our belief in creating a better tomorrow—for everyone.

We distributed 200+ bird feeders to our employees, encouraging them to hang them at their homes. These feeders offered birds a safe and cool place to rest and feed during the harsh summer season—fostering compassion and environmental awareness.

In collaboration with a local NGO and hospital, we organized a blood donation camp at our office. Over 150 employees volunteered to donate blood, contributing to life-saving efforts for those in urgent need. It was a proud moment of solidarity and service.

On World Conservation Day, we distributed 200+ saplings to our employees for planting in their gardens and backyards. Our team also visited public parks to plant trees, reinforcing our commitment to a greener and healthier planet.

In Ahmedabad, we partnered with the Blind People’s Association NGO to host Rakhi and jewelry stalls at our office. All proceeds were donated to the NGO. In Mumbai, we welcomed the Helen Keller Institute for Deaf and Blind, who sold handmade Rakhis to support their cause. These initiatives helped us celebrate festivals with purpose and compassion.

Our employees came together to donate groceries, clothes, and footwear. These items were collected, sorted, and distributed to slum areas and NGOs by our volunteers, HR, and admin teams. It was a collective effort to bring comfort and dignity to those in need.
